Payment made on Templateism via PayPal or any other payment barrier is non-refundable. We have some reasons for not allowing users to refund the payment in case the product is not according to their expectations.
- Since the products at Templateism Store are impalpable goods that means they are digitally delivered through cloud computation, all the sales are hence final. We have a non refundable policy, so if you find a bug or problem in the product we will be more than happy to fix that for you.
- Once the product is just want you ordered, so it means that you cannot get the refund. In most cases, we work to fix the bug and once its fixed users can use them just like they want.
- Users using affiliate programs would continue to get their payments on their allocated Cashout ID. However, they cannot ask for funds before the end of the month
